Just wanted to put this out there for anyone worried about ordering an appliance online. Mine showed up as the exact model and color I picked, with nothing missing and no weird mix-ups. The whole process was surprisingly smooth, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

Got help quick, no hassle

I found the washer I wanted on the website and placed the order, but then I was told it actually wasn’t in stock. That was annoying since I had to wait around and then choose a different one. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I do wish the stock info had been more accurate.

Had an old fridge I needed hauled away, and they took care of it really fast. No mess, no hassle... just quick and easy!

The delivery guys showed up late, and when they finally arrived, they didn’t really seem to care. I tried asking a couple of questions, but they brushed me off and acted like I was bothering them. Overall, it just felt unprofessional.

I went in kinda clueless about which washer to get, but the sales guy was super helpful and broke everything down without making it a whole confusing thing. Prices were decent too. Only knocking off a star because checkout was a bit slow, but overall it was a good experience.

I had a dishwasher installed through eastcoastappliance.com the whole thing went smoothly. The installers showed up within the window they gave me and got started right away, which I really appreciated.
The install looks clean, there haven’t been any leaks, and they tested it before they left. They also cleaned up after themselves, so no complaints there. The only thing I noticed was a slight new-appliance smell during the first run, did anyone else have the same thing happen?

They kept trying to push options I already said I didn’t want, which got old fast. I ended up leaving annoyed and bought a washer somewhere else!

I kind of expected them to make the whole protection plan thing a hassle, because that’s usually how these things go. But it actually helped really quickly and the process was surprisingly easy. Definitely glad I had it.

The delivery scheduling was the biggest headache. I picked a date, planned around it, and even took time off work, only for it to get moved with barely any notice. So I basically wasted a day waiting around for nothing, which was really annoying.

I tried calling to sort it out, but it felt like I got stuck in a support loop where one person would pass me to someone else and nobody could really tell me when it was actually coming. If delivery timing is important to you, I’d be hesitant to order

My washer delivery date got mixed up, and yeah, I was annoyed when I called. Who wouldn’t be, right? But the lady I spoke with was super nice and actually got everything sorted out the same day. They even called me back when they said they would, which doesn’t always happen these days. Mistakes happen, but it’s all about how they handle it, isn’t it? They handled it really well. 5 stars from me.

I thought East Coast Appliance did a good job, at least from my experience. They kept me updated on my order and the delivery timing, which I really appreciated. I did have one question and wasn’t totally sure if I’d hear back quickly, but they answered soon enough. I wouldn’t say everything was perfect, but the communication was better than I expected

I was shopping around for a new appliance, which is always such a hassle, and I kept running into the same annoying thing everywhere: prices that looked decent at first but somehow got worse by the time I was ready to buy. East Coast Appliance ended up having one of the better prices I found, which was a relief because I was tired of checking site after site.
The discount they had going made a real difference too. A couple other places were just more expensive for no good reason, and I hate when that happens. I also hate when the checkout suddenly adds a bunch of extra costs, but thankfully that didn’t happen here. Checkout was simple, and the price stayed the price.
Overall, I’m happy with what I paid. Buying appliances is still annoying, comparing prices is annoying, and dealing with surprise charges is really annoying, but this was one of the easier purchases I’ve made. I’d definitely check East Coast Appliance again before buying somewhere else.
